Pros

The environment, owners, and staff were very easy to work with. It was a nice change of pace coming from corporate America to work in an organization that actually cares about their employees and appreciates the work you do. One of my favorite parts of working for Kazdon was that the owner made it a point to greet everyone in the morning! How cool is that! Unfortunately, my husband was relocated and we needed to move. Thank you Kazdon for the amazing journey!

Cons

I have no cons at all!

Pros

I worked for Kazdon for over 10 years. It’s a great place to work. Every day is a challenge, you won’t get bored. Lots of room to grow within the company. Flexibility with employees. Caring managers/owners, always willing to help. The owners tend to get ripped for wearing their values on there sleeves but at least you know where they stand which is a good thing. I have never worked for a company who cares about the employees families and who gives as much as they do to our community.

Cons

Nothing bad about working at Kazdon.

Pros

Great coworkers, company helps pay some of the premium costs for health insurance, learn how to help yourself on using benefits and background of payroll, you really get to know the clients and their employees beyond just the routine phone call - you get to know them as people despite not having met them.

Cons

Pay, understaffed to the point that breaks and lunches are unreliable and won't happen quite a bit, unrealistic and blurry communication on expectations, very difficult to utilize any benefits you enroll in, difficult to use any hard earned PTO and it definitely isn't paid out unless you cash out in a certain timeframe before your anniversary date while still employeed when a new anniversary year starts, lists you as a salary employee only to avoid paying mandatory overtime, Management displays opposite of what they quote their core values to be, only out for the bottom line and keeping up appearances, plus you are singled out, harassed, and belittled if your participation in religious based activities isn't too their liking (Bible study at work, being a Christian to gain employment, etc)
