      The company was good only till 2023-24 but now it has gone to the dogs. Indecisive and timid leadership Focus is not on product development/ improvement but on finance and marketing alone. No job progression or security.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great as the company is growing and expanding very quickly. Young team full of energy. Plenty of room for contribution on any area of the business that can be improved.

      Cons

      The company is so young and it is growing so fast that it lacks structure and procedures in some areas which is a typical feature of high-growth start-ups. Some patience and creativity is required sometimes.
