Pros

Kayzen is a remote first company.

Cons

Micromanagement from smug, condescending founders and leaders with no people skills. Employees leaving every few weeks and you are just expected to add those tasks to yours and work even longer hours. Hours and hours of meetings, pre-meeting meetings and actual main meetings every week.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative team with a genuinely non-toxic culture. People are approachable, helpful, and trying to build things the right way despite the fast-paced startup environment. Diversity and inclusion are there. Fully remote setup offers a high level of flexibility and autonomy, with trust given to employees to manage their work independently. Work-life balance is generally healthier than in many AdTech companies, and the overall atmosphere feels respectful and sustainable.

Cons

Like many startups in the AdTech space, long-term stability can feel uncertain due to market competitiveness and business pressure. Compensation and benefits are decent but not particularly strong compared to other companies on the market, especially more mature startups.
