Work-life balance is generally healthier than in many AdTech companies, and the overall atmosphere feels respectful and sustainable.

Like many startups in the AdTech space, long-term stability can feel uncertain due to market competitiveness and business pressure. Compensation and benefits are decent but not particularly strong compared to other companies on the market, especially more mature startups.
