The workplace conditions are highly unsatisfactory. The quality of food provided is poor, and deductions are made from employees’ salaries for it. Office furniture such as chairs is in bad condition, and proper laptops are not supplied.Salary distribution appears arbitrary and influenced by personal favoritism toward the Managing Director, rather than based on performance or merit. There is no designated or comfortable seating arrangement, and overall management is inefficient and disorganized.Employees are required to work overtime and even on public holidays, including Sundays, which should be non-working days. The office environment is also affected by internal politics and rumor-spreading, leading to several employees’ careers being damaged due to the actions of certain higher-level managers who gain favor with senior leadership unethically.Compensation is very poor. Even employees with over ten years of service are receiving unchanged salaries. Freshers are assigned workloads comparable to that of a manager, yet are paid as little as ₹10,000 per month, with no proper work-life balance or growth opportunities
