Pros
I've loved the flexibilty I've had to work on different projects and keep things interesting. The leadership has been super generous and great to work for. Vacation and scheduling has been very flexible. I've been encouraged to grow in fields outside of my core strengths and feel more well rounded because of it.
Cons
In the past some things have taken awhile to get implemented... but that appears to be behind us now with some great new additions to the team.
