Pros

-Competitive pay! Your experience counts at this company. -If you take care of Kayak's customers, you're going to be taken care of. -There is opportunity for growth if you work hard and want it -Lots of vacations in exchange for working hard and proving your commitment to the company and mission. -It can be a very fun work environment when the energy is right! People can get a little crazy over their pools, more so in recent years with the ingrounds, as this generation wants things done instantly and are entitled.

Cons

-Lot of hours worked, if you don't mind working hard and don't have commitments to relationships or family then this is the job for you. Ironically, that is me, so this isn't a con for me.

Pros

Nothing at all. I am only filling up space since they require a certain amounts of words.

Cons

A non inclusive company...a non diverse company not friendly foe people of color Owner has questionable and shady business practices Sell subpar pools at overpriced rates Wages are low and no benefits Most employees are temp or seasonal this job is never a year round business operation No perks like mefical/health benefits or 401k or anything that matters No flexibility to take off and no paid sick or personal days No opportunity to work from home...inside sales should all be offered as a telecommute job since you are calling cold leafs anf contacting people who are not interested or do not financially qualify anyway. This job sells a very special niche and it makes the sells a lot more difficult Owner is a micromanager which created a tense and uncomfortable and hostile work environment Owner railroads people out of the company and bully tactics are a norm
