Meh, not a great place to work - Project Engineer Kawasaki Robotics Employee Review

Kawasaki is a very compassionate company. Willing to accommodate the employee’s needs during difficult life situations. Our son was diagnosed with cancer which was life changing. My Director and the HR Director gave me so much flexibility with my schedule to manage my family’s situation. To work for a company that is such high tech but equally as compassionate is amazing. I’m so grateful for the flexibility and support.

No cons for Kawasaki or the leadership.

Stable, consistent, easy, moderate compensation, some managers are helpful, thoughtful and attentive.

Compensation is average at best. Technicians are actively looked down on by engineering team. One of the Engineering managers screamed at people. Multiple people cried and quit in a 6 month period.
