not a great place for people wanting a laid back job

Teams are lean, all employees are friendly, and the environment is not toxic. Particularly in my team, I don't see competitiveness, as each team member has a different occupation. Upper management shows that it cares about how employees feel, and there's flexibility for work-life balance. They offer gourmet lunches M- F for all employees, and the health plan is excellent.

They do not match the 401 (k) or offer other retirement plans. Job growth is limited. Everyone wears many hats.
