Pros
A place to gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time and a promote from within strategy that allows for career advancement. Great benefits (provided through the parent company Textron) and holiday schedule. International organization with travel opportunities.
Cons
There is a lack of accountability and a do more with less mentality, that creates poor employee morale. High turnover rate without back filling positions (increased workload for other employees). Although there is opportunity, the compensation is not reflective of the position, nor near the market value. There is no incentive to continuously perform at the highest level, the only reward is more work. Performance evaluation is generic and subjective. Management ignores new ideas and honest feedback from employees on how things could be improved. Leadership is not trustworthy and is quick to oust individuals who speak up against the culture of "how it's always been."
