They worked with my schedule very well. Never gave me a hard time about being late if I had an issue with my kids. Great management and great staff.

Pros

Good career starter Looks good on a resume Get birthday's off

Cons

Works their employees into the ground with no benefits. (The above comments who said you get good benefits are clearly lying.) While they do provide medical, dental, etc, you pay so much for it that it's almost as if you're working just for insurance! Upper management is suspicious of anything and everything you do, they do not trust any of their employees. Was told flat out by upper "everyone is replaceable." Take detailed notes about what you are told in regards to a project, because you may be told to do a project one way one day and then get in trouble the next for doing it as told, but somehow management forgot what they said...You will be fired if they do not like you, regardless if you do a job well done. Will act like they care about what is going on in your personal life, until they have decided it's time you get over it and then will be critical if you cannot make an after hours events because you are dealing with family issues. Turn around is ridiculous! By the time you meet someone and train they are either getting fired or moving on because they can't take the obnoxiousness any longer. Management told certain employees they do not like them being friends outside of the office, yet encourages office kindness and generosity (a little contradictory, don't you think?)
