Cons
I worked there for nearly 5 years which was my mistake. I kept waiting for it to be a career rather than shabby job. Pay is substandard for market. Be wary of promises. Commission structure changed 4 times in 5 years. Inside Sales Manager changed 5 times in 5 years. Watched at least 15 sales reps get hired and leave in that time. Many in under 1 year. Environment of office is dingy and old. Cubes from the nineties and little to no janitorial service. Pressure to not use PTO and sick time. Demand for huge growth in declining market.
