Direct Placement from college - This was my 1st job.

The environment was not professional, the building was full of cracks or might collapse anytime - Was always scared to work there.

You get to learn stuff on the job. That I admit. The co-workers are okay.

1. A 7 hour shift (may go till 10) started at 8am. 2. No lunch break. 3. A/C didn't work 4. Monitored by a CC TV cam and if you showed ideal for 2 mins, you get a chat. 5. 15 minutes late means half a day's salary gone. You could work for hours more, it doesn't come back. 6. Salary cheques are issued between 11th-14th of a month. 7. An animation studio that has internet on only one system, as they think you may be online and not work. 8. All texture maps, images including the software are pirated. 9. Six-month internship at INR 5,000 a month.
