      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here is that you get the best of the bosses. Be it your professional problems or personal, management is always ready to help you. Can not imagine to what extent they can go for their employee welfare.

      Cons

      The only downside is the peer to peer communication. Somehow there is an unfavourable grapevine, but then, it exists in every workplace.

      Direct Placement from college - This was my 1st job.

      Cons

      The environment was not professional, the building was full of cracks or might collapse anytime - Was always scared to work there.

      Pros

      You get to learn stuff on the job. That I admit. The co-workers are okay.

      Cons

      1. A 7 hour shift (may go till 10) started at 8am. 2. No lunch break. 3. A/C didn't work 4. Monitored by a CC TV cam and if you showed ideal for 2 mins, you get a chat. 5. 15 minutes late means half a day's salary gone. You could work for hours more, it doesn't come back. 6. Salary cheques are issued between 11th-14th of a month. 7. An animation studio that has internet on only one system, as they think you may be online and not work. 8. All texture maps, images including the software are pirated. 9. Six-month internship at INR 5,000 a month.

      An anonymous post with a personal attack , is something which a person with no dignity and zero self respect will do. The management is well aware of the person, who is malicious enough to spit out such ill thoughts. Would not like to reciprocate to such illegitimate statements. . With a 9 Year presence , working in space of films, design and animation , it takes strong Will to be growing and growing strong.
