Pros
Kate Farms truly cares about its employees. It is seen in so many ways: month-long initiatives, like for mental health awareness; time off to recognize everyone working hard, like all of Thanksgiving week off; just random, thoughtful gifts, like socks, a puzzle, coloring book... during the pandemic; business decisions, like pushing back target dates.
Cons
In all businesses there are challenges, but I wouldn't call them a con against the company. Yes, we have changing priorities and are growing rapidly, but the company is very responsive and works actively to address challenges, and we are compensated with great pay and stock options.
