Pros
The first thing that struck me after I joined the company is that the founders (CEO and CTO) have created a respectful and positive company culture while maintaining a high sense of urgency. There is also a strong emphasis on continued improvement that spans across everything the company does. Personally, it is a pleasure to be working with such a talented and prolific engineering team.
Product wise, the graph based intelligence platform is coming together very well. Coding and design standards are world class. I would highly encourage software engineers who are interested in working on a substantial product to look into Katana.
Being founded in the first year of the pandemic, the company has a well established remote-friendly work culture.
I'm having a lot of fun!
