Katana Graph has an excellent startup culture of lifting others to be their best selves. Rather than the politics that often pervades large organizations, folks help each other deliver their best work. Leadership is quick to highlight the successes within the company, and people readily thank those that helped them along the way.
Cons
Being a startup has meant that there is much work to be done. The good news is that it has become easier as we have expanded to more employees, which is happening quickly.
