The product has a solid technological foundations that is designed for modern architectures. The leadership and core founders have strong backgrounds in this space. There are lots of opportunities to grow your own personal skills working amongst the various teams with deep technical or industry knowledge.
Cons
Ease of use and stability are two areas that need improvement in the product. Ramping up people new takes time because there are many things to understand and there aren't always (easy to find) resources.
