      Pros

      Omg! Kataak is such a wonderful company to work with. The management understands and appreciates hard work, and always encourages the employees to give her best.

      Cons

      Last month, I needed 3 weeks of leave due to medical issue. The company not only provided me the leaves, but also gave me some advance salary to cope with the medical expenses. Kataak is a family, and they respect, care and pamper their employees.

Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. 5. For me, it is the best company to work with who not only motivate but rather help in accomplishment of goals. 6. Support from my reporting Manager is simply awesome and spell bonding
