I had colleagues who stayed until 12 pm almost every day and worked on weekends. - The above point means that there is no work and life balance - Even though you work extremely a lot, your salary is just an average - Much overwork usually means that you develop professionally but not in this case because most data scientists here work on SAS not on python or R. This means that you almost don't code and most companies will not be interested in your skills since they don't use SAS. In other words, you only develop skills specific to Kaspi and not ones suitable for the whole market - No wi-fi - No bonuses - Almost all data scientists just use fit and run for models. If you want to then go to google or yandex, not the best place to develop.
