Pros
I've been here for 7+ years, what to tell more? -Great culture. It' heals itself: if there is a bad person, the team usually gets rid if the guy without management assistance. -Great people. Responsible, always trying to improve how they work, results and the very self. No wonder they are highly professional. -Quite good compensation. At least in my part of the company. -A lot of things to learn. A lot of people to learn from. And you are free to test everything you've learned. Well, almost everything ;) -Free coffee, though I don't drink it. -The company develops and grows and so do the employees. -You can get free schedule or work some time from home if your manager agrees, even though top management doesn't approve it. -Good fringes (free gym right in the office) -Good office (showers, kitchens, game rooms,... )
Cons
-Communications often go wrong way. It can be common, that what you've said is totally misunderstood, and vice versa. -Culture in one part of the company may be very different from it in the other. It adds to the first of the cons. -Top management doesn't fully approve flexible schedules and totally disapproves working from home. -In some parts of the organization there were cases with law suits with former employees. They weren't openly discussed, which led to some nervousness. -Bad office: not exactly excellent example of open space office. Still better than many.
