Pros
company mission of helping and protecting people, up to date technological stack, interesting tasks, opportunities to work and learn new skills from your daily tasks, great corporate events, the nice atmosphere of a modern technological company, company does quite a lot of charity projects and I was proud to be a small part of it
Cons
Quite low compensation level. There was an assessment of time spent inside the office (not simply working hours, but let's say time at your working place) during regular reviews. That was quite annoying and strange, but this was linear management initiative and not companywise practice.
