Pros
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pay is decent. Some thoughtful events, like a Christmas party in an unusual location, option to take up a charity volunteering day, and employees sent an Advent calendar once a year. Relaxed dress code.
Cons
Russian-centric internal initiatives/culture. Very complex company, e.g. finding out where the right person to speak to about a subject or business initiative, within the mountain of knowledge that employees have here. If you are a non-technical person who isn't in IT, you might find the culture quite "techy".
