Friendly environment, good benefits and great suppport

The office has a steady stream of projects with occasional exciting opportunities, principles are easy going and teams are managed horizontally. As a result every team member has an opportunity for a meaningful contribution. Even though the office is branch of larger Kasian corporation it still had maintained a level independence thinking and acting.

Projects tend to be uninspiring at times, but that can be mostly put on clients and general lack of architectural culture in Canada. The pay is unfortunately not that great.
