Pros
Lovely workplace, lots of room to develop personally and professionally. Creative freedom is celebrated and this is what results in such a unique output.
Cons
It's really hard for me to think of 'Cons' here... some people will perhaps crave more 'strictness' or discipline. For me I learned to thrive in environments as this, gives me more freedom.
