Pros

Most of the people who work there are more than willing to help you with anything you need. The group in Waltham was pretty close and worked toward making the company better.

Cons

New management came in and things drastically changed which is understandable. They let go a ton of people, including most of the development staff and sales staff. I was apart of a group of people that was lucky to have a job after the layoffs and had a meeting with the upper management about a week after the layoffs. Upper management told me and two other employees our jobs were completely secure and we were wanted at the company. Not even a month later, the three of us were let go for no reason other than them "moving in a different direction". The culture was horrible too--nobody knew how to smile and have a good time all while working hard. Everyone was in constant fear of being the next group to be let go.
