      Be a part of a large, fun company based in the heart of Miami's business district with lots of perks such as big global events, career advancement opportunities, great benefits like HSA and equity, and tons of young, eager people.

      Cons

      Like any fast-growing company, there are periods of quick change and lots of work. It's important to learn and adapt quickly to be successful here and make yourself known to management.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
