      - Autonomy with guidance -Definitely has growth opportunities, both role and side promotions to understand the business -Regional local teams culture -Global team interactions

      Cons

      - Better internal communications on role changes globally and regionally -Need investment in external voice/industry voice to assist with Kaseya brand reputation - Not sure if there is a Kaseya program for recognising long-term employee
