      Pros

      Great team that brought the company to be valuable enough to be acquired.

      Cons

      The post-acquisition leadership that was brought in decided they knew better and decided to change everything. Rumors have it that it's had a damaging effect on the company. Now that regime has been removed and hopefully they'll go back to what was working.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.
