      Leadership doesn't care about its employees, and they blatantly lie directly to your face Benefits are terrible Cut costs for everything Outsources important jobs Doesn't promote within If you are paid too much, they will try to get you to quit or find a way to fire you

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
