      Pros

      Management understands development efforts and also appreciate them. Long paid holidays. Any member of management was easily approachable.

      Cons

      Had a problem getting PF on time and was hit by double taxation as was working outside India but was paid b Indian entity.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
