      It is a fast paced company with lot of growth opportunities if you are a hard working individual. Company has great visionary leaders and they ensure that employee's come first and also keep the interest of the employees and their well being into consideration. In a nut shell great company to work with.

      None at all that I can think of.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
