      -Encouraging good work and good people. -Good support from the team, managers and VP. -Our work is always recognized by the seniors. -Fun place with inquisitive and talented people - Opportunity to shape your career. -Easy access to the management - Work from home

      On some rare occasions it is difficult to get your voice heard. Otherwise all things are good. There is always room for improvement.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
