      • Favoritism and unequal treatment across teams • Ineffective management and lack of leadership accountability • Unpredictable managerial conduct and a reckless workplace culture • Repeated violations of established company policies by HR and leadership • Conduct that raises serious legal and ethical concerns and warrants strict consequences

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
