      - great opportunities to cut your teeth in the SaaS / Security / Channel space - they prefer to progress existing staff up the ranks, help them become a manager and even move laterally to other business units - never a dull day as it’s constantly changing - refreshed leadership which is positively changing the industry’s sentiment towards the business - highly collaborative, there are no individuals or team off-limits to help you in your day-to-day

      Cons

      - highly demanding / high accountability- not for those who aren’t willing to put in some hard work - the consistent, rapid changes can be difficult in terms of consistently relearning processes, systems and products

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.
