Pros

Small company, start up feel if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

COO runs the day to day operations, works 24x7 and fosters team conflicts instead of cooperation. Customer Success Managers were used solely as Inside Desk Sales Managers to roll over contract renewals. Zero positive team interactions. Marketing, Sales, Services, Engineering, Product Management all act as solely independent silos with no fostering of relationships. No work/life balance at all

Pros

The mission is something you can be stand behind if its for you.

Cons

It somehow feels like both a government job and a corporate job mixed into one. Expected to be online all of the time. They do not promote a positive work/life balance and leadership does not seem to actually care to improve it. Lots of internal politics between teams that can foster strife between both leadership and team members.
