Pros
Relatively low stress. Work is at work, your home life is at home. Your day ends at 5 and doesn't come with you.
Cons
Making progress is slow. Management wants to control everything and is not open to suggestions. They have an employee run board that is there to make suggestions to the management on behalf of the employees, but no suggestion is ever taken seriously. They are actively using 30 year old software to run their whole business, which is slow and unreliable.
Other ways they're behind the times: dress code and remote work policy. We were never allowed to work from home, even though it could be done by anyone with a home computer at no cost to the company.
