Pros

Great clothing, Regional manager was great but not the rest of corporate leaders. store team were great, customers were great

Cons

No payroll hours, no stock hours, commission/bonus structure is the worst I’ve ever seen. 75 dollar bonus when making stretch goal for PT managers., 150 for full and 500 for SM. They could make 200K or more in a month and that’s all they pay their hard working employees. Corporate is so busy opening stores and not focused on their employees. No opportunity for career advancement as it goes from SM to regional nothing in between. There expectations are so high they keep wanting more and more that they even give a virtual goal aside from store goal. They suck the life out of you. Nothing is ever good enough even when your store is top 5 in the entire company. For the holidays forget them providing food for your team not even a coffee. All you get is the worst seller sweater in the store only for SM. You have to drive to the bank everyday and they do not pay for your gas even though gas is so expensive. No clothing allowance you have to pay for your own clothes and you must wear new collection pieces yes at a 75% off but some people don’t have the money to keep buying every month. No cleaning crew no stock associates.
