      Plenty of chance for growth and to take on extra responsibility if you want to, whilst also providing and good balance between work and your personal life.

      Cons

      A fast paced and ever-changing environment, which is to be expected but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

      Pros

      I've worked freelance with Karbon Creative for approximately 5 years (since 2018). They've been a fantastic team to work with over the years - particularly Taylor who has always been a pleasure to work with and a great leader. A very collaborative and hard working team. I also admire how much team building activities/days are offered to create a strong and fun team to work with for both staff and freelancers.

      Cons

      No negatives in my experience :)
