But watch out because the more you make, the more they’ll be on you for more work! Your only an expense not a valued employee. Everyone wears too many hats and that creates dysfunction. CEO is clueless and thinks he’s better than everyone, he’s confrontational and has a silver spoon in his mouth. Patients are not being seen by the clinical team as they claim to do. I say it’s fraud! The HR guy should not be in HR, a bunch of red flags with him. Your experience, ideas and knowledge will be dismissed and it’s their way or the highway.
