      Good place to start your carrier as a fresher. Nice learning environment. If you want to be away from all busy life of city like bangalore, it is the best place. Helping seniors.

      Pros

      Its just like a normal training institute. Seniors are good and supportive. But need to wait for years to get projects.

      Cons

      No proper Management. 5 Lacks bond for 5 yrs. Company polices keeps in changing without even informing to employees. Very Less pay :(
