Has taken nearly 12 years for pay to increase from 11.38 to 17.51 per hour. Do the math, it’s not good. I made level 3, (high I could go) in less than 18 months. They don’t believe in merit increases....no matter what. When I asked my supervisor why I never got more than “meets expectations “ on my reviews, I was told “ we aren’t allowed to”. I stood firm and said you always tell me what a good worker I am at least put it in my review so they know you believe I’m an asset. Things like that should NOT be how things are done. Stop allowing the employees that goof off to continue doing so. I work with a guy that should have been disciplined or terminated four years ago for not doing his job, he gets away with it because he’s “fun”. His actions have caused a lot of extra work because his screw ups have to be fixed.....by other people.
