      Pros

      Great small town, Good industry, Many wonderful coworkers, Area has a low cost of living, Not far from some good larger towns (Huntsville, Nashville, Chattanooga)

      Cons

      Upper management likes to micro-manage, salary is very low compared to national and local averages, you really have to watch your back.
