People treated poorly. *New licence holders who have a lack of care for the brand or people, just in it for the short term to make a pound or two. Surprised Kappa global want licence holders as such running the brand (but I guess they just get half the truth/fall for the sales pitch or maybe don’t care for the UK market? - bizarre considering the potential within the UK - when a brand is strategised right).
