When you are promoted internally, they have a policy that caps your salary increase at 5-10% no matter what the department range is. No stipend for remote work to cover wifi, office supplies, etc. There were no raises for 2 years, and then when we finally got raises the cap was 5.5%. Minimal opportunity for advancement.
