Pros
Most roles in IT pay near the going rate, good secure employment if you can put up with stress & demands of key managers. Profitable company which seems able to put up with poor IT output to business.
Cons
Some dictatorship / bullying issues with IT management, continues still I've been told but leads to career progression. HR group inexperienced and feckless in not being able to address genuine employee complaints and issues. Business accepts poor IT performers, so can hang around here for a few years.
