1. Great People to work with across multiple business units and groups. 2. Good Work/Life Balance with ability to work from home at least 2x a week.
Cons
1. Lack of Leadership 2. If you know the right people you are safe even if your not the right person for the job. 3. Those that should be held accountable for poor decisions or initiatives seem to get by while those that put in the work can be thrown under the bus.
