Pros
Working as an instructor is a great part-time job while in college or graduate school. The pay is higher than other part time work, the work is fun once you get the hang of it, and you can teach as much or as little as you like depending on your own academic work load.
Cons
This job cannot substitute for full time employment, monetarily or intellectually. It is really meant for students who need a little extra cash.
