      Pros

      Only reason to work for Kaplan is that you don't have to work crazy hours or travel. Besides that, not much to be proud of.

      Cons

      Salary sucked (no raises) No career growth Management was terrible (and bailed)

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.
