      Pros

      Flexible timings, job satisfaction, remunerations are far better than industry. Work culture is nice; Bonus is also lucartive

      Cons

      Head of the BU is not aggressive at all, no new work is taken or added. HR is non existence in the company, no role nothing. Dummies sitting in the company.
