      Pros

      Lots of headroom for advancement if you put in the work. Good kids for the most part. Company name looks good on your resume

      Cons

      Typical archaic chinese business politics get in the way of EVERYTHING. Poor support for new teachers/programs. Bait and switch tactic used for every new teacher. You may end up teaching your subject, but more than likely, you will get stuck doing some of the overflow english work like essay proofreading and personal statements. You will also have to teach test prep courses in addition to your course load if you teach a science.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.
